Beinbauer Casting stands for decades of expertise in the production of spheroidal graphite iron castings. Since 1914, we have been delivering tailored solutions for the manufacture of high-quality cast products used in industries such as commercial vehicles, mechanical engineering, rail technology, and many more. We produce both small and large series as well as complex castings weighing between 15 and 400 kg.

Solidification Simulation / Raw Part Design
Based on an analysis of component requirements, we create precise CAD models and use solidification simulations to optimise castability and the strength of the raw parts.

Our melting operations use powerful induction and cupola furnaces to produce high-quality cast parts up to 400 kg in a variety of materials, including:
